  • EASY

    This ride involves smooth roads and easy-to-access facilities

  • MEDIUM

    This ride involves some tight corners and narrow roads.

  • HARD

    This ride has tight corners, two-lane roads, and some off-road sections.

Ride Type

Highway - Majority of the ride is via state and national highways

Night Halts - This ride involves a night stay and the return journey will begin on the next day

Off Roads - This ride involves jungles, river crossings and mountainous sections

Return - This is a one day ride and you can be back by noon or evening.

Type of Rider

Beginner If you have upto 10000km of riding experience, and if you have been on less than 3 rides

Moderate - If you have more than 20000km of riding experience, and have done at least 5 rides.

Professional - If you have more than 40000km of riding experience and have done more than 5 rides.

This is a free-to-use portal for anyone and everyone who wants to ride. These ride listings have been submitted by the organisers. We invite all of you to come join us on the ride to Daman, where the beaches beckon. The roads are beautiful at this time of the year, by the way. 

 

Schedule

6:30 a.m. ride starts from Malad on 10th September

5:30 p.m. return to Mumbai on the 11th

Meeting Point : Prism Tower, Malad (Next to Hyper City)

Reporting Time: 06:00 AM

Ride Starts: 06:30 AM

Route: Western Express highway - Dahisar Check Naka - Vasai - Charoti- Daman

Total Distance: 310 Kms (return)

Contribution per rider:1100

Contribution includes

Day 1 : Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner & Accommodation

Day 2: Breakfast & Lunch will be provided if there are any funds remaining else the cost will be borne by the individual

Ride Plan:
Day 1:
We will start at 06:30 AM from Malad. We will take our first breakfast break at Hotel Ahura on the Mumbai-Gujarat highway which is around 100 km from our start point.
Accommodation is not pre-booked but we will be staying in a  resort in Daman . Rooms will be on sharing basis (1 X 4 & Dormitory).
There will be separate rooms for the ladies.

Post reaching the destination in the evening, we will visit Daman for sightseeing. We will be going to the Jampore Beach, Jetty garden and be present at the Daman Party.
After sightseeing, we will return to out hotel/Resort for dinner and a round of music and introductions.

Day 2:
We will check out of our resort/Hotel by 11:00 am post breakfast . If we are delayed, we will have our lunch on the way at Charoti.
Expected time to reach Mumbai will be : 05:00 PM IST

 All the pillions who wish to join kindly talk to your riders in advance as we will not be responsible for arranging riders for pillions

Reminders:

1. Riding gear compulsory for the riders

2. Pillions need to wear helmets, shoes, a jacket and jeans

3. All valid documents have to be carried by everyone

4. The ride will be in a single-lane formation

5. All instructions given by the ride lead/captain are to be followed strictly

6. Rash-riding/overtaking will not be tolerated

7. The ride contribution will be handed over to the ride captain before we set off

8. All new riders and pillions have to fill in an Indemnity form

**** Drugs or any contraband is strictly banned during the entire period of the ride.
