With a huge parking lot, decent washrooms and ATMs, the Mofussil Bus Terminus becomes an ideal start point. And yes do pick some snacks from the shops located around the terminus for the ride! We suggest a cup of super-strong “filter kaapi” to kickstart your day.
Take the 4-lane NH-05 via Madhavramm, Puzhall and Redhills. It will be a breeze ride on this highway till the checkpost. Do halt by the checkpost and give your ride a breather. Click a few photos with the gang and the rides!
The 2 laned NH205 will put to test your riding skills. The open, expansive countryside will create the perfect setting as you chase down the kilometers.
As you head towards Uttukottai, you will be encountering a mixed set of roads. Some cornering and some slower riding is what will be handy when on this road. There will be good patches, there will be bad patches that you will have to encounter. There are quite a few speed breakers near the villages on the way, be cautious.
Now that you had a thrilling patch on the way crossing the border to Andhra Pradesh till Puttur, break for a nice meal. There are some good hotels on the way, have some finger licking biryani before you head for the final leg of your ride. And yes, do click some ‘foodfies’ along the gang!
